OkAlfred app for iPhone and iPad

OkAlfred is your personal butler. He can control your appliances - lights, water heaters, thermostats. He act also act as infrared remote for HVAC, air conditioners, heaters, radiators and anything that have infrared remote.

He is not very smart but still can help you reduce your power bill without sacrificing your comfort even can help improve it.

OkAlfreds actions are performed thru a series of of hardware devices, that you can command from anywhere using your mobile over the Internet. But when you are near your devices your mobile talks to them directly over your WiFi network not using your internet connection - even if you get disconnected you still can control them.

Your devices are installed into your Smart Spaces ( Home, Office, Villa, Warehouse) and you can give your family, coworkers or anyone else with an OkAlfred account permission to control devices at your Smart Space.

The Application uses low resolution GPS positioning to notify devices if you are near so they can change operational mode. For example - your Smart IRemote can set your HVAC to full cool mode when you are near or set it to reduced cooling temperature mode when away to reduce your energy usage.
You can always turn off GPS and use manual mode.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
